I hold ongoing group counseling sessions which dive into how others experience you, the reality of living with your whole heart, overcoming perfectionism, uncovering self-worth, and growing healthy relationships. Group sessions last 1.5 hours weekly, for 8-10 weeks. All groups are discounted when paid for in advance. All groups are small and have limited seating.
During Group sessions, we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live.
