I am an open, experienced, loving, non-judgmental, clinically licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and trauma. My training and experience are a good fit for: women and men experiencing grief, sadness, anger, depression, or persistant worry; anyone tangled in personal or relationship struggles; those facing life transitions; teens wrestling with identity, self-esteem, parents, and self-harm; men and women continuing to struggle with the overwhelming feeling of not being enough.
We will examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding you back and identify the new choices and practices that will move you toward more fulfilled, authentic and wholehearted living.
