Daring Greatly™ Weekend Intensive

Rachel traveled to San Antonio to study under Dr. Brené Brown and her team to become a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. She now facilitates workshops and weekend intensives to help in bringing Dr. Brown’s research, the Daring Way™ process, as well as more connection and courage to our communities. Rachel facilitates 1 day and 3 day intensive workshops on both the Daring Greatly™ curriculum and the Rising Strong™ curriculum. In addition, she presents CEU trainings for other mental health professionals, and speaks to churches, schools, and other groups about living courageously.

Daring Greatly™ and Rising Strong™ are highly experiential methodologies based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. These methods were designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. They can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. ABOUT BRENÉ BROWN
The Daring Way™ method is based on the research of Brené Brown, Ph.D. LMSW. Dr. Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent over twenty years studying vulnerability, courage, worthiness, and shame. Her groundbreaking research has been featured on Netflix, PBS, NPR, CNN, and Oprah Winfrey’s Super Soul Sunday.
